Caradoc North was built in 1961 by the Township of Caradoc and was offically opened on November 20, 1961. Students attend the school from the Strathroy Caradoc Area. It is currently a Junior Kindergarten to Grade Eight facility. The present enrolment is approximately 225 students. There are ten regular classrooms, a small gymnasium, two portables, and a library resource / learning commons. Each classroom is equipped with a Smartboard. Students have access to chromebooks or ipads to support their learning. The grounds around the school are extensive with a large grassed area for outdoor activities. We have three soccer fields, two Gaga ball pits, three sets of climbers and a baseball diamond. The Caradoc North School Council is an integral part of our school community, helping to organize community events and raise funds for school improvements such as playground equipment, technology and learning enhancements.
